Who we are

Built by founders, for founders.

We're not a marketing agency that decided to target teenagers. We're young founders who got tired of watching people our age never actually launch.

Owner, Co-Founder & Tech

Kole Paddock

Equal co-founder and the one who handles the tech — currently running multiple companies. Started his first business, Dirt Dude Landscaping, at 12. It never really took off. Since then he's built a real, recurring-revenue business from scratch and scaled it into a 10-person operation — all before turning 16.

Never wanted the bare minimum when there's so much out there to actually achieve — started young because waiting never made sense to him. Spark exists because he knows exactly what's missing between "I want to start a business" and actually having one, from both sides of that gap.

Owner, Co-Founder & Sales Lead

Aiden McComb

Equal co-founder and the one who leads sales for Spark. Helped out with Dirt Dude Landscaping early on — it didn't take off, and he kept pushing anyway. That's the whole entrepreneurial journey in one line: fail, keep going.

"When you're at the bottom, the only way you can go is up."

The honest version

Before and after.

Dirt Dude Landscaping — age 12
$1,500

Kole's first business. It never really got off the ground — about $1,500 total, over a whole year. Not a success story, and we're not going to pretend it was one.

Dirt Dude Landscaping actual business card

The real logo and business card — exactly how it looked back then.

Since then — before 16
10-person team

A real business with actual recurring revenue, built from scratch and grown into a 10-person operation. The difference wasn't the idea — it was having the site, the brand, and the listing in place from day one. Spark is that same infrastructure, built for you.

The gap between those two outcomes is the whole reason Spark exists.

Why we do this

Young people deserve to actually launch.

Every year, thousands of young people have a real business idea and never do anything with it — not because they're not serious, but because building the actual infrastructure (a site, a brand, a listing people can find) is a different skill than mowing a lawn or pressure washing a driveway. We handle that part. You handle the part that's actually yours: doing the work and building the business.

Based in Michigan, working with founders nationwide.
